A comment about pricing:

It is rarely possible for any responsible pet groomer to tell you what their grooming price will be until they have an opportunity to meet with you and your pet. For this reason we strongly encourage you to make a no-obligation visit to our salon with your pet before scheduling an appointment.  We will make every effort to honor quoted prices however please be aware that your actual price may vary considerably due to pet size, coat condition, and temperament.  Prices are based on average times per service.  Services which take longer than expected (due to coat condition, pet temperament, and other factors beyond our control) will be billed accordingly.  Hourly rates are based on groomer hands-on time.

Before requesting a price quote, please consider the following:

  • The lowest price may not necessarily be the best price. Your pet is an important member of your family. Ask yourself, "Would I entrust my child to the care of the lowest bidder?" When choosing a pet care professional, price should not be the first consideration. Get to know your groomer or daycare provider and ask yourself if this person is qualified, compassionate, and behaves in a professional manner.
  • All pet care professionals should have business liability insurance, should invest in continuing education, should provide a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment, and should possess the proper products and equipment. Those who cut corners in order to lower their prices are placing themselves and your pet in jeopardy.
  • Be completely open with your pet care professional when describing the condition and behavior of your pet. These factors will affect your price whether you mention them or not so it's best to be open about them from the beginning. If your pet has a history of biting or it's coat is matted, let your pet care professional know this at the beginning so that precautions can be taken that will protect not only the caregiver but your pet as well.
  • Ask questions. A true professional will be happy to answer your questions.
