In 2010, PETSAppeal will debut the newest version (version 2.00) of its Pet Services Software for use by pet grooming salons and boarding kennels. This new, web-based version of the software will contain all the features our users have come to expect, and more.
Everything! What you see here is a working version (as it is developed) of the software. We are very interested in input from current and future users of our software and for this reason, we want you to see what's coming as we're building it.
Version 2.00 will bring the "Cloud Computing" concept to the pet services industry. Rather than installing software on your computer (and maintaining it with regular backups, upgrades, and other technical chores), you -- as a subscriber -- will always have access to the most up-to-date version of the software and can rest assured that your data is safely and securely stored -- with regular backups -- on our servers. The bottom line: if you're connected to the Internet, you have access to your data. This means you can work from the office, from home, or from any location where you can connect to the Internet.
Not only will companies that own multiple business locations be able to track each location's business as a separate unit, but with version 2.00 of our software these companies will be able to combine their various locations into user-defined divisions for reporting purposes.
Tired of using software that is designed as if American English is the only language there is? PETSAppeal's web-based software will (for the first time) be available in other languages. If we don't support your language, write to us. We will be adding localized versions of the software as demand dictates -- so let us know what you want and chances are you'll get it.
If you need assistance migrating from another software product to PETSAppeal, let us know. We'll be happy to assist and will do our best to keep your migration costs to a minimum.
As a PETSAppeal subscriber, you always have access to your data -- even if you choose to discontinue use of our product. Export functionality is built into our software so that authorized users can download it whenever they choose.
